Whether you want to lose weight, make all the guests jealous at in that strapless dress your best friend’s wedding (or your own), or add variety to your regular workout regimen, 4x4 Fitness Bootcamp by Aja is the way to get it done. No matter what your fitness level, goals, or motivations we can get you where you want to go.
Lead by professional fitness trainer and former NC State Taekwondo Champion, Aja Davis, 4x4 Bootcamp will have you running, kicking, and jumping your way to success. The 4x4 method finds the happy medium between the number of times a week one should exercise to achieve maximum results without over training. By training 4 days a week for 4 weeks, participants can choose to participate in the bootcamp as their only means of exercise during the cycle or they can exercise more if they choose without fear of burning out and still achieve results. 4x4 Bootcamp teaches those new to exercise proper form, breathing and body awareness. For exercise veterans, 4x4 Bootcamp provides a challenging workout that will take your fitness game to the next level. And for those somewhere in the middle, you will find yourself being pushed to the next level with someone behind you every step of the way.
During the camp, everyone keeps a food journal and has a one-on-one health consultation with Aja to receive advice on the best way to achieve your goals and stay on track. Aja makes herself available to answer any fitness and diet questions participants may have throughout the camp. Basic measurements will be taken at the beginning and end of each bootcamp as a way of tracking one's progress. All files will be held strictly confidential unless otherwise specified.
During 4x4 Bootcamp expect to:
- Lose 1-3in around the midsection
- Reduce body fat
- Tone arms, thighs, and butt
- Increase Endurance and Energy
