Personal Training
Aja’s training philosophy is that one should always MAKE IT BURN! Whether you are looking to get stronger or just to tighten and tone, training your muscles correctly until fatigue is the best and most efficient way to achieve results. She works with clients of all fitness levels, ranging from those who have never lifted a weight to trained athletes.
Each client will receive a complimentary fitness and body movement assessment and consultation before any training begins. The consultation and assessments will allow time to discuss your goals in detail and will give her a better idea of what your needs are physically, outside of your own personal goals. From the assessment, Aja will create a customized program that incorporates strength, flexibility, functional movement and core work to help clients reach their goals. Workouts often involve but are not limited to dumbbells, physio and medicine balls, yoga mats, kicking pads,and the TRX Suspension training system.
Normal sessions are 1 hour.
NEW: Move!
Move is an innovative 30-minute workout created by Aja where clients train very intensely but for only 30 minutes. Using a special strategy, clients are able to effectively burn a significant amount of calories in a short amount of time. Move was designed for those who cannot commit to an entire hour session several times a week. It is recommended for those clients that at least have a basic exercise background and are familiar with exercise movements due to the pace and intensity of this type of training. |
