It has taken me 3 years to a find an exercise program that I like. I've tried Crunch and Curves and lasted at each for only 2 weeks with little results. I've completed 4 weeks of Aja's 4x4 Fitness Bootcamp and am so happy with my weight loss. Aja is very encouraging and has motivated me to come every single day and to continue with the next bootcamp. I know with Aja's 4x4 Fitness Bootcamp I will reach my goals.

I have battled with my weight from my teenage years to adulthood. I tried L.A weight Loss and spent over $3000.00 and lost 60 lbs but after that my body didn't lose anymore. I became stuck and gained back 20-30 lbs over a 1 1/2. I began to become frustrated and started working out at Lucille Roberts. I began to work with a trainer at Lucille Roberts but she was becoming more unavailable to help me and she didn't follow up with me at all. I knew that if I was going to lose the weight I need to find a person that was serious & focused and that's when I found Aja Davis. When I heard about 4x4 Boot camp I was extremely excited and knew this was going to be the right thing for me. Aja made me do exercises that I never even imagined my body can do and handle. Aja also introduced to some great organic food that tastes great & not only did I lose pounds but most importantly I lost inches. I feel so greatttttt and I am planning to continue to work with Aja. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to start a new life towards being healthy & physically fit.
